World by the Tail, Inc., donates a portion of our annual income to non-profit organizations. Our Give Back Program benefits a growing list of organizations that align with our mission and are near and dear to our hearts. Learn more about these organizations below. Also, at the end of each year, staff members choose animal-related organizations and donations are made in their names by World by the Tail, Inc. Occasionally, we also donate ClayPaws® Kits and other goods and services to animal-related fundraisers and local schools.

Foothills Gateway
Fort Collins, Colorado
Foothills Gateway provides jobs for workers with developmental disabilities enabling them to earn a living providing quality work for local business like World by the Tail, Inc. Workers at Foothills Gateway assemble our ClayPaws Kits! In addition to partnering with Foothills Gateway for our assembly needs, we also make annual donations to support their organization as a whole.

A portion of the proceeds from our Educational Enclosure Cards sales go to benefit Argus Institute for Families and Veterinary Medicine
The Argus Institute provides grief support for pet parents and communication skills training for veterinary professionals. It is one of the country’s oldest and most comprehensive human-animal bond programs associated with a veterinary medical school.
A portion of the proceeds from our Ribbon sales go to benefit Golden Growls Senior Rescue
Golden Growls Senior Rescue is a 501(c)3, PACFA licensed, foster based rescue, dedicated to bringing solace, love, and quality veterinary care to senior shelter dogs. Their goal is to responsibly rescue senior dogs who are normally overlooked due to their age and medical needs. They strongly believe in focusing on quality verse quantity.
A portion of the proceeds from our Heart TouchStones sales go to benefit Not One More Vet
NOMV is a 501(c)(3) public charity and is the leader in veterinary mental health. NOMV’s mission is to transform the status of mental wellness within the profession so veterinary professionals can survive and thrive through education, resources, and support.
A portion of the proceeds from our Gold-Plated Heart Charms sales go to benefit One Cure
One Cure’s founding principle is that cancer affects all creatures and that treatment breakthroughs come through collaborations between scientists and doctors who are working with pets and people. One Cure’s goal is to improve the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of cancer in pets. And then use their research and knowledge also to benefit people with cancer.
