How to Earn Points
All eligible customers will earn 3 points for every $1.00 spent on Veterinary Wisdom products including ClayPaws Kits. Your current Loyalty Points total will be printed on your invoice after each order.
Online customers must have an account and be logged in before checkout to earn points! Customers who choose to check out as guest will not earn points. Online customers may also check their loyalty point balance by logging into their account and selecting the option for “Loyalty Rewards”.
How to Redeem Points for Rewards

- 750 points = 2 Free ClayPaws® Kits
- 1250 points = 5 Free ClayPaws® Kits
- 2500 points = 15 Free ClayPaws® Kits
- 5000 points = 35 Free ClayPaws® Kits
Online Redemption:
Online customers who have earned points through their online account can redeem points by logging into their account, selecting the option for “Loyalty Rewards”, and clicking on the button(s) labeled “Claim Reward” if available under the section for Available Rewards. Once you’ve claimed a reward, you will be provided with a coupon code to enter at checkout after you’ve added at least one product to your shopping cart. All claimed rewards must be used within 365 days from the date they are claimed.
Phone Order Redemption:
Simply call us toll-free at 1-888-271-8444 and let your customer service representative know that you’d like to redeem your points!
Limitations
Points can be redeemed with your next purchase, but not on the same order that they have been earned on. Only one redemption is allowed per order.
Points will be capped at 10,000 points. To continue earning points after 10,000 points are earned, you’ll need to redeem at least 750 points first.
